Há 5 dias · The good news is, on a relatively calm day (and there are plenty of those in St. Andrews) the Old Course is hands-down the easiest championship golf course in the world. It’s short and flat, the fairways and greens are enormous, and although bunkers and gorse abound, water comes into play on only two swings.

At one time, it featured 22 holes, but the course has evolved, and the present incarnation that is known so well around the world features 18 holes that each have their own unique character—and history.
