Big Book Sales are a favorite Friends of the Library event—held twice a year—to give items withdrawn from the library’s collection a second chance at a well-read life. Revenue earned from the sales support library programs and services and help fund future library levy campaigns.
If you live for libraries, collect more books than you'll every read, or dabble in writing yourself, you probably LOVE literary events and book sales. From book clubs, author talks, workshops, literary festivals, and the ever-popular book sales, you cannot get enough of the written word.

18 de fev. de 2024 · Book lover's don't want to miss this sale! There will be 1000's of books, DVDs, CDs, and audio books for sale, starting at $1 at The Big Book Sale at the Columbus Main Library. The public sale is held three times in 2024. Friday and Saturday are public sale days, with a clearance sale on Sunday.

Contact us at (614) 849-1056 or visit columbuslibrary.org/friends. Bring a sturdy bag to fill for $5. Proud supporters can purchase a Friends of the Library canvas tote and stock up for $8.50. All sale transactions are limited to $400 per household or membership.
