  7. What I found funny about the whole thing is Edith was exactly the type of folk hero the Vulcan developers behind “Ballard for Everyone” were trying not to encourage. The last thing they wanted is for homeowners in the rezoned areas to emulate her. I never understood why she was celebrated.
