4 de mai. de 2024 · The surviving son of John Egerton, 1st Earl of Bridgewater, and his wife Lady Frances Stanley, his maternal grandparents were Ferdinando Stanley, 5th Earl of Derby, and Lady Alice Spencer. According to the Will of King Henry VIII, his mother, at one time, was second-in-line to inherit England's throne.

The list of landowners in 1844 shows that Wilbraham Egerton of Tatton owned more than half the soil. An order concerning the bounds of the manor was made about 1596.

Antoinette Elizabeth Saumarez, daughter of Colonel John St. Vincent Saumarez, 3rd Baron de Saumarez and Margaret Antoinette Northey, on 20 September 1880.3 He died on 24 March 1914 at age 74.2
