Timothy James Curry was born on the 19th of April 1946 to Jim Curry, a Methodist Naval Chaplain, and his wife Maura "Pat" Curry. Tim was not born into a show business family by any stretch: his father’s ancestors were County Durham builders and his mother’s family were seafarers.
