And when Star Wars came out we loved it, AND stated wondering if maybe, somehow, someway, Star Trek could jump to the movies, baby. And it DID...with one of the dullest, stiffest, least imaginative movies ever made. 'Star Trek The Motion Picture' was as pompous as it's title, and a TREMENDOUS let-down. The Wrath of Khan fixed all the problems.
