Today, I’ve started listening to every King Crimson album ever released (in no particular order), with Lizard and Larks’ Tongues today. Here are my thoughts: Larks’ Tongues in Aspic. Wow. The highs of this album are JUST as high as Court and Red.

Zwar musste man nach "Thrak" fünf Jahre auf ein neues Studioalbum warten, aber in der Zwischenzeit wurden die Fans mit einer Unzahl an Archiv-Veröffentlichungen sowie den "ProjeKcts" auf Trab gehalten.

There are also interviews with Mel Collins, Jakko Jakszyk and Pat Mastelotto in the piece written by King Crimson biographer, Sid Smith.
25 de mai. de 2024 · As the story goes, King Crimson was put in a very awkward position when their percussionist Jamie Muir retreated to a monastery because of his spiritual convictions in 1973. Combined with other sources of pressure, the band was short on material for a new studio album.
