  3. Há 3 dias · To me, waterfall photography requires even more precise exposure measurements. This is to accommodate all textures while keeping the power of the waterfall. A very fast shot like 1/100 of a second makes it all too busy. But up to 1/4 or 1/8 makes it so much better than a 10 second exposure. Shutter speed is 1/10 sec.

Generally, it would help if you shot between f/8 and f/11, with a maximum aperture of f/16. Use the hyperfocal distance technique to determine your f-stop for landscape photography within this range.

Changing the aperture from f/4 to f/2.8 results in twice as much light being let in, which can make a huge difference to your photo.
