16 de mai. de 2024 · TOMORROW (May 17) is the 100th anniversary of the visit to St Helens of the Chief Guide, Lady Olave Baden-Powell. The 35-year-old wife of the Scouting founder Sir Robert Baden-Powell came to the town in 1924 to address a rally of Girl Guides on the St Helens Recs ground in City Road.

Olave : 22 février 1899 (décédée le 19 juin 1977), Robert : 22 février 1857 (décédé le 8 janvier 1941) J’avais 9 ans lorsque j’étais déjà louveteau de l’actuelle paroisse internationale d’Andohalo. Le pasteur se nommait Lucien Peyrot. 9 ans !
