Há 3 dias · Thereafter the manor passed with the viscountcy and from 1789 with the marquessate of Bath to Thomas Thynne, marquess of Bath, who sold it c. 1920 to Frederick Herrington. In 1922 Herrington sold Fifield farm, 922 a., (fn. 64) to C. E. Best (d. 1945), who was succeeded by his son John (d. 1984).
