16 de mai. de 2024 · A fundamental challenge in these applications is efficient edge coupling from a single-mode fiber (SMF) to on-chip photonic components, which is critical for on-chip integration. In this paper, a high-efficiency edge coupler based on an alumina-on-insulator platform is introduced and experimentally validated.

When Hopcroft asked me what I wanted to do my thesis on, I answered Formal Languages. John then gave me the best professional advice I ever received. He said, “You don’t want to do that. Formal Languages is dead.”
