14 de mai. de 2024 · In England, Elizabeth Montagu and the Bluestocking circle circulated manuscripts of her poems. Williams dedicated her poem Peru (1784) to Montagu. She corresponded with Anna Seward, Hester Thrale Piozzi and Penelope Pennington. Both Seward and Piozzi ended their friendship with Williams on account of her support of the French Revolution.
