Amityville: It's About Time (1992) I don't have time for the 40 sequels to Amityville Horror. One of my favorite Amityville movies. Obviously, low budget, but done well.

Amityville: It's About Time is one of the very best horror films ever made. The first Amityville is a classic, the second one of the great batshit insane sequels, 3D is also good. The rest in the original run vary, but some are okay.
