When you look at an extrusion printer, for basis of comparison, they typically print at a layer height of 0.05 mm and 0.4 mm, meaning you will see far less layer lines in your print.
I would say that you should wait, regardless if you get the Saturn 4 or not. The Saturn 4 Pre-Order is currently at 299 bucks (Saturn 4 ultra at 399), The Saturn 3 is currently at 294 and the Ultra at 338.
