He gained recognition for his role as Captain Roy Montgomery on ABC's Castle from 2009 to 2011. Santiago-Hudson has also appeared in Broadway productions, including Lydia R. Diamond's play Stick Fly in 2011.

He has assembled a cast of nine in which seven of the actors are veterans of Wilson play including Antony Chisholm who appears in the 2000 production.

6 de mai. de 2024 · In addition to the competitive awards, three honorary prizes were given: the Lifetime Achievement Award for performer/writer/director Ruben Santiago-Hudson, the Playwrights’ Sidewalk Inductee award for Dominique Morisseau, and the award for Outstanding Body of Work for the Off-Broadway theatre company Ars Nova.
