Merton College boasts an industry standard commercial hairdressing salon fully equipped with the latest equipment and professional Goldwell and Keracare products. Our salon is open to the public, enabling students to perform services on real clients, gaining valuable knowledge and experience whilst under the supervision of qualified tutors or assessors.
At Merton College we work to continually foster sustainability across the curriculum and enable learners at all levels to grow as individuals ready for work in a sustainable environment.

Welcome to all Merton College parents/Carers! These pages are designed to help parents/guardians access student information, progress reviews, attendance, as well as services available to support all students at college.
If you are aged 19+, we will email you at the end of August and beginning of September 2024 asking you to book an ESOL assessment for ESOL adult courses at Merton College. You'll learn about life in the UK through topics such as transport, health, work, leisure and many others. You can also attend a maths class alongside your English studies.
Paediatric First Aid. Learn how to deal with First Aid emergencies specific to children. This course satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and OFSTED. In order to obtain this qualification, you must attend both days and complete the two units of accreditation.
