Moreover, I love this language and I’m really happy learning it (I’m currently A2-B1), but I have a feeling that there are some base words like Krank, fliegen, Hose and so on, and than there are others that are made of those base words shorts - kurze Hose, hospital - Krankenhaus, plane - Flugzeug.
