A little boy named Blanket moves to South Park with his father Martin Jefferson, a wealthy and fun-loving man whose home full of toys and rides charms the local children. However, his behavior makes many consider him to be a creepy and unfit parent.

A new kid named Blanket moves to South Park with his father, Mr. Michael Jefferson.
