Minami-ku ( jap. 南区, ’eteläinen suuralue’) on yksi Kioton kaupungin 11 suuralueesta. Se sijaitsee Kioton eteläosassa pääosin Kamo- ja Katsurajokien välisellä alueella, mutta siihen kuuluu myös Kuzen alue Katsurajoen länsirannalta. Pohjoisessa suuralue rajautuu osin Tōkaidō-päälinjaan.
