Susanna Pollard, who married in 1596 as his second wife John Northcote (1570-1632), of Hayne, Newton St Cyres, near Crediton, whose splendid monument with standing effigy exists in Newton St Cyres Church. She was the mother of Sir John Northcote, 1st Baronet (1599-1676).
