Harold Godfrey Lowe (Llanrhos, 21 de novembro de 1882 – Deganwy, 12 de maio de 1944) foi um marinheiro britânico, conhecido por ter servido como o quinto oficial do RMS Titanic em 1912.
Commander Harold Godfrey Lowe, RD (21 November 1882 – 12 May 1944) was a Welsh naval officer. He was also the fifth officer of the RMS Titanic, and was amongst the four of the ship's officers to survive the disaster.
Harold Lowe remained at sea but never achieved a command in the merchant service. He was made a commander in the Royal Naval Reserve during the first World War. He retired to his home in North Wales with his wife Marion.
Harold Godfrey Lowe was the Fifth Officer of the Titanic. He survived the sinking in Lifeboat 14. Lowe had been 14 years at sea, starting when he ran away from home at the age of 14.

On Friday 27 December 1895, Harold's eldest brother 17-year old George drowned in a boating accident. Some mystery surrounds his death, but it seems he went to secure his punt at 5.30 in the evening and subsequently went missing. His body was later found floating on Aberamffra Bay.
