  3. 18 de out. de 2021 · — On Monday, the Senate voted to confirm the nomination of Judge Gustavo Gelpí to the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit based in Boston, making him the second Puerto Rican judge to be a member of that court. Gelpí’s nomination passed the Senate by a vote of 51 to 42 after being nominated in May by President Joe Biden.
