Fletcher on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 2000 to 2001. Judge Nathan received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2000, and her B.A. from Cornell University in 1994.

Biography. Alison J. Nathan is a circuit judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before that, Nathan served for 10 years as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. While on the District Court, Nathan chaired the SDNY Security Committee and served on the SDNY Grievance Committee.
