With more than 30 years of experience devoted to promoting health equity and social justice, both in the United States and abroad, Dr. Bassett's career has spanned academia, government, and not-for-profit work.
I am very proud to introduce myself to you as the Headteacher of The Mary Bassett Lower School. I have been at the school since January 2022, this is a welcoming and warm school and I feel very lucky to be part of the team here. Our school is named after Mary Bassett who dedicated much of her life to improving the lives of others.
