Austin Cedric Gibbons (* 23. März 1893 in Dublin, Irland; † 26. Juli 1960 in Hollywood, Los Angeles) war einer der bekanntesten US-amerikanischen Art Directors. Als Gründungsmitglied der Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences entwarf er die Oscarskulptur. Er wurde zwischen 1929 und 1956 insgesamt elfmal mit diesem Preis ausgezeichnet.
