Fiona Doherty is Deputy Dean for Experiential Education and Nathan Baker Clinical Professor of Law at Yale Law School. She founded the Criminal Justice Clinic, which defends indigent clients accused of felony and misdemeanor offenses in New Haven.
Ph.D. students will also gain experience in the classroom, and receive the full support of Yale Law School’s Law Teaching Program, which has had remarkable success in placing graduates in tenure-track positions at leading law schools.
James Bhandary-Alexander is Clinical Lecturer in Law, Associate Research Scholar in Law, and the Legal Director of the Medical Legal Partnership at the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School.
Issa Kohler-Hausmann is Professor of Law at Yale Law School and Associate Professor of Sociology at Yale. Her primary research interests are in criminal law, sociology of law, empirical legal studies, social and legal theory.
