Camilla is the eldest of the three children of the Shand family, with her having a sister, Annabel, and brother Mark Shand. Camilla and Prince Charles's relationship began during the year of 1970. It is said that Prince Charles, Prince of Wales had wanted to marry her, but by Royal Courtiers Camilla had been seen as an unsuitable match for the future king.
