Owen Tudor, en gallois Owain ap Maredudd ap Tudur, né vers 1400 à Anglesey au pays de Galles et mort le 3 février 1461 à Hereford en Angleterre, est un seigneur gallois connu surtout par sa relation amoureuse avec la reine Catherine de France, veuve d'Henri V, et par son rôle dans la fondation de la dynastie des Tudors.

He was one of five sons of Tudur ap Goronwy, and was the father of Owen Tudor. Maredudd supported the Welsh patriot Owain Glyndŵr in 1400, alongside his brothers Rhys ap Tudur and Gwilym ap Tudur; Owain was their cousin.
