Ospo or Talapo/Tulapo was a Guale town in the northern part of Guale province. The Franciscan missionary in Ospo in 1697 was Francisco Dávila. He was the only missionary in Guale to survive the Uprising, but was held captive and abused for ten months. Ospo and Talapo are not mentioned in Spanish records after 1606.
