Our Mission. The Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship focuses on training the next generation of aesthetic plastic surgeons. The one-year fellowship year begins in mid-July. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the fellow participates in the teaching of plastic surgery residents in the BIDMC/Harvard Medical School Plastic Surgery Residency Program.
