Thus a building with 90% office floor area would be said to be an "office" building, irrespective of other minor functions it may also contain.

It has an architectural height of 1,128 feet (343.7 meters) , which was well shorter than the Empire State Building in New York City which stands 1,454 feet (443.2 meters) tall and was the tallest building in the world at the time.
