If you want to have accessports (or hybrid ports) you have to set the vlan id on the bridge port while the trunk port should be left to default (with admit-only-vlan-tagged): trunk: Code: Select all. /interface bridge port.
5 de set. de 2021 · The second switch that I'd buy later on will be PoE as it will also power the AP's and I'll be able to run fiber between the switches. I guess 1x CRS112 and later on 1xCRS112 PoE could be a good pick. I probably can get away with 1x RB4011/RB5009 and later on 1x CRS112 PoE but the switching of RB5009 would be worst I think.

In a recent test version I can see the momentary CPU speed of my 4011 but it is still not possible to manually set it. It is usually running at 533 MHz but it steps up when there is load, usually to 1200 or 1400 MHz. holvoetn.

8 de jan. de 2024 · I got an RB5009. I did put Ros 7.14beta7 on it and i did test an IPIPv6 tunnel on a vlan interface on the SFP. The internal MTU of the tunnel is 1500. (MTU 1700 in the parent VLAN) The result is not impressive. CPU2 is near 100% and 875 mb/s is the maximum speed i can get inside the tunnel.

There is a fault with the RB4011 supporting communication with some gigabit or gigabit-like SFPs (see forum comments about interface not working after upgrading firmware). Once resolved, the brochure page should more correctly say 'The RB4011 does not support Passive DAC modules or dumb SFP GPON modules'.
