Trinity College’s Library and the Book of Kells were on my must-see list. Definitely book tickets in advance, as they sell out quickly. The Book of Kells exhibit is remarkable, especially in terms of how the book has been preserved for so many years. But the true highlight for me was the long room — an ultimate book lovers’ paradise.

Besuch der Trinity College Library mit Hindernissen. Wer mich kennt, weiss, ich komme lieber zu früh als zu spät. Allerdings ist das nicht ganz einfach, denn Busse, die voll sind, fahren in Dublin einfach weiter und halten gar nicht erst an. Dazu muss man wissen, dass ein Bus hier sehr schnell voll ist, denn es dürfen in Zeiten von Corona nur 25 Personen pro Bus transportiert werden.
