The fanbase is always abuzz with anticipation, whether it be new modes, new items, or more importantly new champions. Currently, all the hype surrounds the new champion Hwei; an artistic mage who is set to dominate the rift with his painting skills.
Hwei primes enemy champions he damages with his abilities for his signature finishing touch. Hitting an enemy with a second damaging spell completes his signature, leaving it beneath them. The signature detonates after a short delay, dealing magic damage to all enemies in range.

Hwei’s key mana generation ability, Stirring Lights makes Hwei’s next 3 attacks or spells gain bonus magic damage on hit and refund a bit of mana to Hwei. If he’s able to spend all 3 charges of this buff, he’ll even go mana-positive as a result.
