Diahann Carroll (/ d aɪ ˈ æ n /; doğum adı: Carol Diahann Johnson; 17 Temmuz 1935 – 4 Ekim 2019), Siyahi Amerikalı şarkıcı, manken ve oyuncu. Carroll'un yer aldığı yapımlar arasında sinema filmleri; Claudine (1974) ve Eve's Bayou (1997), ile televizyon dizileri; Julia (1968) ve Grey's Anatomy (2005) vb. sayılabilir.
Carroll oli ensimmäinen tummaihoinen näyttelijätär, jolla oli oma viikoittainen televisiosarja (komediasarja Julia vuosina 1968–1971).
