Synopsis. New York, années 1970. Les gangs se partagent les bas quartiers de la ville. Cyrus, leader incontesté des tout-puissants Gramercy Riffs, décide d'organiser une réunion afin d'unifier les gangs et de lever une véritable armée contre les forces de l'ordre et la mafia.
