New World School of the Arts offers a rigorous academic education with best-in-class and renowned artistic training in each of our performing and visual arts strands. The NWSA PTSA works to support our high-performing school community and serves as a platform to unite our school across our four strands—Dance, Visual Arts, Music and Theater/Musical Theater.
Join us for a special Spring Concert to celebrate Armour Dance Theatre’s 75th birthday, “It’s My Party, And I’ll Dance If I Want To,” on Saturday, April 6th at 7 PM & Sunday, April 7th at 2 PM at New World School of the Arts. Performances feature students from ADT’s advanced levels in ballet, tap, Flamenco, contemporary, and hip hop.

New World School of the Arts’ specialized opera/voice concentration is unique and rare among Bachelor of Music degree programs in the nation. The curriculum offers undergraduate music students the opportunity to perform mainstage leading roles in fully staged opera productions and opera scenes, accompanied by stellar piano collaborators and the music division’s opera orchestra.
