Loretta A. Preska is a well respected United States District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York, where she has served since 1992. Previously, she worked for nearly twenty years as a civil litigator in private practice. Judge Preska was nominated to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in March 1992.
