Oxford Together & Together Neighbours. In March 2020, we set up Oxford Together, a volunteering programme to facilitate community support during the covid-19 pandemic. This work has now ended – we’ve shifted from crisis response to longer-term support for people’s health and wellbeing that’s rooted in the community.

Oxford Hub is working together with a local healthcare network and community groups in South East Oxford to support people to improve their health and wellbeing in a holistic way. We support people to meet new people, connect with each other, and get active. We also support people to set up their own activities.
