Richard Edmund Williams (Toronto, 19 marzo 1933 – Bristol, 16 agosto 2019) è stato un animatore e regista canadese, noto principalmente per essere stato il direttore dell'animazione di Chi ha incastrato Roger Rabbit (1988) e per il suo film, completato dopo diversi decenni a causa di varie case d’animazione che non si vollero occupare del progetto, The Thief and the Cobbler (1993).
