Do the Right Thing je přímo z ulice, naproti tomu obraz lidství, jenž poskytuje Crash je pokřivený, protože je plný patosu. Jenže pointa je v tom, že filmové sdělení o reálných věcech nemusí realitu přímo zosobňovat, onen symbol lidství je v Crashi prostě silnější a působivější, proto zde hodnotím níž, i když se jedná o film nepochybně kvalitní.
