Every master's comes with its own pre-master's for university students and/or university of applied sciences (HBO) students. If you cannot gain direct access to the master's in question, but do have a related Bachelor's Degree and meet the admission requirements, then you can do the pre-master's to still gain access to the corresponding master's programme.
