Tetsuo (鉄男?) conosciuto anche come Tetsuo: The Iron Man è un film del 1989, diretto da Shin'ya Tsukamoto. Nel 1992 il regista ne ha girato un remake a colori e con budget più sostanzioso intitolato Tetsuo II: Body Hammer, che non ha però raggiunto la notorietà del primo.
Luego de este evento, el empresario comienza una agónica transformación donde partes de su cuerpo son reemplazadas por metal. Tetsuo, The Iron Man is one of those completely insane, yet enjoyable (?) films that seem to be the precursor to many other insane Japanese horror films that came since 1989.
