Bhai Ram Singh MVO (1858–1916) was one of pre-partition Punjab's foremost architects, dominating the scene for nearly two decades from the 1890s. Amongst his works is the Durbar Room, Osborne House, on the Isle of Wight, England; Lahore Museum and Governor's House in Simla.

14 de fev. de 2012 · In 1863, Bhai Ram Singh issued a comprehensive code of discipline for his followers. The code went a long way in consolidating the ranks of the Namdhari also called the Kuka movement. He is said to have baptized more than 1,000,000 Sikhs into the Khalsa fold.

RAM SINGH, BHAI, a descendant of Bhai Bhagatu, was a devout Sikh. He served Guru Gobind Singh (1666-1708) with devotion when the latter visited his village Chakk Bhai in Bathinda district of the Punjab during his travels through these parts in 1706.
