In 1998, my husband and I took over the management of Pic on my brother’s departure. In 2001, Pudlo France elected me chef of the year. This was the first time I had been recognised by a food guide and was a high point in my career. In 2007, came the finishing touch with three Michelin stars.My cuisine, I would say, is simple and sophisticated.

It may be 550km from Valence, where her name has left such a mark on the history of cuisine (her father and grandfather also secured three Michelin stars there), but it embodies her signature style.
France. Anne-Sophie Pic was born in Valence, Drôme, in France on 12 July 1969. She is the daughter of chef Jacques Pic, and grew up at her family’s restaurant, Maison Pic. Her grandfather, Andre Pic, was also a chef, who was particularly known for a crayfish gratin dish, and who first gained the restaurant three Michelin stars in 1934.

Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian are opening their first restaurant on the Asian continent in the heart of the mythical Raffles Hotel Singapore. This will be the third Dame de Pic restaurant after Paris in 2012 and London in 2017, both honoured with a Michelin star.
