This is the title song from the 1995 album, Rub it Better. There are 3 or 4 good songs on that CD and this is one of them.
Although they recruited previous guest's Mick Jones and Panto Banton to help out none of the original band where used in any of the sessions for this album including the one in old mates UB40's Dep International studio.
