21 de nov. de 2023 · Overall Experience. A school with very accomplished teachers, highly capable students, and some problems. Academics are absolutely first-rate, and academic integrity is very seriously enforced, far beyond the standards of my college (a top Ivy). However, as at many Quaker schools, the school politics are stifling and highly punitive to students.
2 de jan. de 2024 · Non-Credit Course: This one-week workshop, taught by a Sidwell Friends School Upper School teacher, will focus on helping each student understand and develop an authentic voice, which they will then use in compelling self-narration. Daily activities will include how to brainstorm topics, how to begin the writing process, and revise effectively.
