Jean Froissart (ur. ok. 1337, zm. ok. 1405) – francuski duchowny, pochodzący z Valenciennes, jeden z ważniejszych kronikarzy Francji. Jego najważniejszym dziełem są Kroniki , będące ważnym dziełem w dorobku europejskiej historiografii doby średniowiecza .
