Barbara Zapolya (Szapolyai Borbála) (1495–1515) was the daughter of Stephen Zápolya (István Szapolyai), Palatine of Hungary, and the Silesian princess Hedwig of Teschen. She was Queen of Poland and Grand Duchess of Lithuania (1508-1515) as the first wife of Sigismund I the Old.

Barbara was een dochter van Stefan Zápolya, palatijn van Hongarije, en diens echtgenote Hedwig, dochter van hertog Przemysław II van Teschen. Op 28 februari 1512 huwde ze in Krakau met koning Sigismund I van Polen (1467-1548).
