Talked about for years, the director finally announced the completion of the script in the summer of 2008 and after a deal was struck between The Weinstein Company and Universal Pictures, the movie went into production that same fall on location in Germany (with a few days of shooting in France).
Inglourious Basterds er en film af den amerikanske filminstruktør Quentin Tarantino. Filmen havde premiere i danske biografer d. 28 august 2009, og blev første gang vist ved Cannes Film Festival d. 20. maj samme år. [1] Oprindeligt forventedes filmen at få premiere i 2007, men projektet blev udskudt.
